What a great job he showed me pictures of all Of my HVAC. He’s a veteran and thank him for His service and I’m a veteran we hit it off really great each step. He showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it and it made me think that he was doing this like he does every stop. He took care of the system just like he would take care of his own system. I want you to really pat him on the back for doing a great job. I know you can’t always promise him to service my unit, but I’d sure like it to happen. The service I received shows that he cares about his job his customers in the unit he’s servicing. Thanks for your product and your service. I've just had the pleasure of working with Randy and could not recommend him more highly. He repaired my Japanese toilet & serviced and cleaned my tankless water heater, as well as took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, as well as make friendly conversation. He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and extremely courteous. It is refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work while also treating customers with kindness and respect.
